How to manifest anything.

I have some dreams that I want to bring into my reality.  I strongly believe in the Law of Manifestation and I strongly believe that Christ tried teaching this to us.  Some got it and many do not.  That’s fine, we are our only responsibility.  I have to remind myself that other people and their lives are not my mission here in this life.  I’m also not here to fix the entire world…after all, I’m not God.  Whew, what a relief to put that burden down. I have been studying Law of Attraction for years and I still feel like … Continue reading How to manifest anything.

Going within to create a new life.

For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things (fix your minds on them). -Philippians 4:8  (Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer) Do you want a new life?  Do you want new and changed conditions?  Do you want happiness?  Peace in your life?  Perhaps you are trying to manifest … Continue reading Going within to create a new life.

How to become happy, peaceful, and manifest all you desire.

Happy, peaceful and manifest all I desire!  Wowee!  I want this and I want it bad.  I’m studying, reading Law of Attraction on my beloved tread climber, I’m listening to Abraham via Esther Hicks seminars on Youtube while cleaning my kitchen, I’m thinking through my life while folding laundry, I’m blogging about my feelings with my sweet, creamy coffee.  I’m trying to be in the Vortex (your happy place)  even as I nag my husband or screech my son’s name for the 10th time to come to lunch. I feel good, Bali gets a raise, I sell 8 books…then something happens.  The … Continue reading How to become happy, peaceful, and manifest all you desire.

Some inspiring stories on manifesting.

Ah, such an exciting time when you can actually see the harvest begin to come in.  I’m talking about all our wishes and wants beginning to actualize in our reality.  It starts out as a trickle and builds momentum if we stay upbeat and focused on the good and the abundance and NOT the lack or absence. I’m working hard at mastering the art of working with that God given gift of co-creation with the glorious Universe.  This is not just a new age thing.  Look to the bible and you will see that Jesus tried to enlighten us on our … Continue reading Some inspiring stories on manifesting.

From sad to glad in 60 minutes.

I have been unusually tired lately and my spouse and I have bickered about the household budget (which we never do so this sucks).  I had to redo the budget and, the good news, it’s fabulous now and I’m back on the road to frugal living.  The bad news is that I had to give up 3 of my places that I donate to.  It’s not like I’m keeping these places running with my paltry amount but it still made me sad.  I can’t do any volunteer work right now because of Bali’s work schedule and the littlest one’s attachment, … Continue reading From sad to glad in 60 minutes.

Going upstream…choosing down stream.

I’m an upstream paddler.  I struggle, sweat, and toil until I am exhausted.  Not all at once and I don’t literally sweat and grunt at the moment.  It’s several little moments and thoughts that can be spread thinly over decades.  I have an inner lieutenant that drives me night and day.  It takes its toll.  I watched Tony Robbins I’m Not Your Guru months ago and there was something he said about a girl who was young and thought it was important to please others at her expense.  He said, “Sure, she hasn’t had 10 years of that to grind her … Continue reading Going upstream…choosing down stream.

Taking care of ourselves.

I’m sitting at the kitchen table facing the neighborhood street lined with trees, having my afternoon coffee and writing out a grocery list along with a To Do because my precious mind is so full of good thoughts and ideas that I forget the little task that need to be done to keep my tiny empire going. I have been listening to Esther Hicks teachings of Abraham and cleaning the kitchen.  I listen daily, but I tend to drift off as she gives her messages.  I was like this in school also…brain on, brain elsewhere.  I can only tune in … Continue reading Taking care of ourselves.

Starting your garden in the mind.

And so it begins, the new life!  I am eager to begin again, to start over and do life in a fabulous way.  I find it exciting that we can even do this, we can decide to start all over the next day if we choose.  And so we begin to plough and plant a new garden and then we will spend time each day watering and weeding as needed.  We will go out each morning and watch sprouts come up and grow into thick plants loaded with bounty.  We will harvest this bounty all year long and for all … Continue reading Starting your garden in the mind.

Starting a new life.

Happy Sunday to all!  Today is a new day for me and I’d like to share some unoriginal thoughts with you all.  Is anything we have in our mind new after all? I’ve been really enjoying the Abraham workshops on YouTube lately.  I’ve also been immersing myself in Yogananda’s teachings and Tony Robbins lectures, along with the old greats such as Napoleon Hill and Florence Scovel Shinn.  These are all teachers of healing and right living.  And guess what?  They all say the same thing;  the mind, the mind, the mind. The mind is where it is all happening and where … Continue reading Starting a new life.
