So, here is the unveiling of our wonderful little hidden gem. We only had $130,000 for a loan to work with and I found this HUD house, made a bid and God was kind, no one else bid on it that night so in the morning we were proud parents of a poor, neglected and abused home. It had been abandoned for years and housing squatters. It had some funky energy and smells, to say the least.
